Background & Formal Education:
Dr. J. Michael Panczyszyn (pronounced "pan-chez-en") has been servicing the Port Orange community since 1985. Dr. "P" (or Dr. "Mike", or anything close and he'll answer to it!) is originally from the Chicago area. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, in 1979 and his D.D.S. Degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago, Illinois, in 1983. After graduation he was selected to participate in a post doctorate General Practice Residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he received his certificate in 1984.
Associations & Continuing Education:
Dr. Panczyszyn is currently a member of the Florida Dental Association, the Florida Central District Dental Society, the Volusia/Flagler Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. His commitment to continuing education allows him to provide the best possible care with the intention of achieving the healthiest and most artistic outcome in as comfortable manner as possible.
About Dr. Panczyszyn:
Dr. "P" contributes to local community activities, high school functions and has sponsored youth baseball and basketball teams. He was a member of the Port Orange/South Daytona Rotary club for over 15 years. He resides in Port Orange with his wife of 26 years, Linda and their daughters, Shauna and Shayla who both attend the University of North Florida. His primary pastime is family and he also enjoys fishing.
